Recently, Dongguan Zhuhua Industrial Co., Ltd., leveraging its deep expertise and innovative technologies in the purification engineering field, successfully completed the construction of Jiangsu Wufei's Class 10,000 cleanroom project. This achievement has injected strong momentum into Jiangsu Wufei's production upgrade and once again set a benchmark case in the industry.
As an innovative enterprise in the energy consumption sector, Jiangsu Wufei urgently needed to build a high-standard Class 10,000 cleanroom to meet the demands of business expansion and product quality improvement. A Class 10,000 cleanroom requires that the number of dust particles with a particle size of ≥0.5 microns per cubic meter of air is controlled within 352,000, while parameters such as temperature, humidity, and air flow must also be precisely regulated to ensure no contamination during production and stable product performance. In response to Jiangsu Wufei's rigorous requirements, Zhuhua Industrial swiftly assembled a cross-departmental elite team, conducted in-depth research into the enterprise's production processes and product characteristics, and customized a comprehensive cleanroom solution integrating cutting-edge industry technologies.
During the planning phase, Zhuhua Industrial adopted the core principles of efficiency, energy conservation, and intelligence. For the air purification system, it selected self-developed high-efficiency composite air handling units equipped with a combination of F8 medium-efficiency filters and H11 sub-high-efficiency filters to form a multi-stage filtration system, effectively removing dust particles of different sizes. In terms of air flow design, a mixed-flow pattern was adopted based on the workshop's functional zoning and equipment layout: vertical unidirectional flow was used in key production areas to ensure high cleanliness, while non-unidirectional flow was applied in auxiliary areas to balance costs and cleanliness requirements. Additionally, an IoT intelligent control system was introduced, which uses temperature/humidity sensors, pressure difference sensors, dust particle counters, and other devices throughout the workshop to monitor environmental parameters in real time and automatically adjust them. In case of anomalies, the system immediately alarms and initiates emergency response plans.
During construction, Zhuhua Industrial upheld the philosophy of "quality first" and strictly adhered to international standards such as ISO 14644. For the cleanroom's enclosure structure, antibacterial and wear-resistant rock wool sandwich color steel panels were used, with seamless splicing technology for panel joints and food-grade sealant treatment to effectively prevent dust and microbial growth. The floor was paved with anti-static PVC flooring, which combines wear resistance, easy cleaning, and anti-static functions to ensure the safety of electronic equipment production. The construction team overcame challenges such as difficult (plum rain season) conditions and complex cross-operation coordination. Through scientific construction planning and refined management, they completed the project ahead of schedule while ensuring quality.
After completion, the Jiangsu Wufei Class 10,000 cleanroom underwent rigorous testing by professional institutions, with all indicators meeting or exceeding design standards. The workshop's air cleanliness was stably maintained at Class 10,000 levels, and temperature/humidity fluctuations were controlled within a minimal range, creating an ideal environment for the enterprise's new product R&D and large-scale production.
